230 is what im guessing, but you should have gotten a dyno befor to get a more accurate reading, not always about what you got at the moment as to how much you gained

Stage II, CAI is about 212 in 4th gear. Header AND DP is about 225. This is what i just did with my Clear Image Header/DP combo. Then add a tune and my Max HP is 231 but the poweband was ALOT smoother but now my 42lb injectors are maxed out at 5500rpms. They're header/dp combo was TOO good.... hahah

I was on a dynojet. measures the atmosphere crap automatically... but those numbers i posted are SAE corrected. So should be relatively close yeah?

there's really no way to estimate hp #'s on the cobalt. they are so all over the place, and dyno's are very unreliable as it is. if anything, i would use a dyno for tuning, not relying on hp #'s.

Stage 2 w/2.8 pulley, Vibrant header & Downpipe, Injen CAI, Dual Pass w/Option B, Dual Pass H/E & Custom Tuned>>>> I put down HP 244.59/ wtq 233 at 90 degrees. I haven't been back to see what Porting of the Supercharger did yet, I can tell you even when it's steaming out my IAT's temps are cool as a cucumber! I also Maintained 241 thru 244 on all 4 runs I did in a row, with about 5 minutes between runs!

Thats crazy, i'm still only at 60% IDC with 2.9 and full exhaust and intake on the 42lbers, custom tuned enrichment though and accidentally running 12.2 AFR at 7200 rpm. Must be running real rich if you're maxxing on 3" pulley, nice whp numbers though.

I'm guessing mainly with stage II and CAI 220 whp is attainable, all depends on the dyno, but header and dp are definitely givers for power, and then pulley sizes and cooling mods.

I ran against my friend's boost controlled (maybe 3-4 lb boost over stock) EVO IX with header and dp the other day and it was almost even partly in 2nd, but he mainly just walked away. i took that as approximately 280 crank hp, and maybe 240 whp on my my end. From stop ofcourse he jumped about 4-5 car lengths instantly, it was still fun though.

not gonna happen.

the real question is: what am i gonna run with these mods? answer- 14's. just like 95% of the people on here in the 210-260 range and no intelligent mods

Thanks, I kept the stock IDC % in my hptuner scanner setup that came with it, figured it would have been calculated correctly, but I probably should have looked into why it seemed so low, so i guess i'll just have to make my own PID then. Thanks for the advice.

I also heard cobalts usually dyno 20-30 HP more than Ions. I don't what is different that makes this numbers so different.... slight adjustments to stock internals maybe?
