HPT - KR issues

So for the past couple of months my KR hasn't been logging. I've tried making new histos, using PIDS, sensor and such. Still nothing, it doesn't even have a value on the line graph and says the histo is not supported. Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure you're telling it to log it in you table or it won't be able to find the value for the histos and gauges

Yeah if u change to a older beta see if it works like say 2.22 if u r using the 2.23. Sometimes theres a software issue for some cars.... If it works upload new beta and print screen with issue. And send it to hptunersupport.com

well i'm using 2.22 right now. It's worked before, i have had to reinstall though due to my laptops hard drive crashing. I can't remember if it worked after that or not.

well here are the shots i took..

The first shows the error on the histo and nothing even reading on the line graph

Here is the settigns for that histo, this was the default one

the next 2 is histo i made using KR as the sensor since the default one reads off the PID.

got the files loaded but when they load on the scanner a pop up comes up and says unable to parse log. At that point nothing shows up. So i don't know. I also uninstalled and removed all my hpt software and drivers then reinstalled. Still no knock logging.
