Does anybody know what the difference is between standard and professional? Im looking to get it. But want to know if i were to go with either one if i would be able to use them with a desktop pc and not a laptop?

 

The pro unit allows you to interface much much easier with a wideband making it way less painless then standard. The pro unit will allow you to log the car without the laptop in the car.

Can it be installed on a desktop? yes.

Will you need a laptop? Yes

You are taking this with you to montior the car and adjust the tune while you go around .

ok you say the pro unit i can log it with out the laptop in the car but what about the standard unit?

As i wanna get this first before i go get a laptop and which one would you guys recommend? Standard or pro and why?
