hptuners and wideband

so if i get a aem wideband and then the hptuners. i can do anything i want to the car??and does the hptuners come with a laptop?

if you bought that used HPT from that guy then it comes with his laptop...if you buy it new it doesnt...and yes you have to have a laptop to use it.
