Are you on the stock downpipe? The cats are known for clogging, take it to the dealer and it will get fixed under recall/warranty. While your at it get your power steering done if you havn't.

Yeah, it's the stock downpipe. I was under the suspicion that it might be getting clogged because the last few weeks it's been pulling around 15psi stock, I just thought it was the weather.

I will talk to my dealer about it, I already got the power steering done.

fyi i use a pair of vice grips... set it to tight, get it latched on and push back on it, works ok for me.
