I need oil filter help. 2 diffrent A/C filters

This is the first time I have chanced the oil in my SS/SC myself and I notice a huge difference in the A/C filter I pulled out and the A/C filter that I got from my dealer. What I want to know is if this filter is the one that the factory put in the motor when it was built. If its never been changed some stinky **** is gona hit a big fan.

The cap was tight as hell and this also makes me wonder if its ever been taken off.

Its been about 5400 since the last oil change (still had 20% left on the oil life).

The new filter came in a sealed a/c box with the right part # on it.

AC has more than one source for the pf457 filter.

Hengst makes most of them. Every now and again I'll get a slightly different style in our stock order.

Those hengst filters are OEM ones, but the other one doesn't look odd, just different brand. What's the problem?
