If you were cruising around those temps are high, but if you were doing hard pulls those temps are average or low .

The rule of thumb I use is if your cruising around your iat2's should be roughly 20-30 degrees above ambient or iat1. If your doing a hard pull then it varies depending on your mods and car etc.

well if we round the numbers up it was 110 outside, which means your iat1's could have been 120 you should have been seeing about 140-150 iat2's while cruising. But considering it was SO hot outside the temps could vary a few im sure.

When it cools down outside to like a 70 or 80 degree night, check your iat2's while cruising then. ALSO just as an fyi if your cruising at -15 or -20 vac your iat2's are going to be higher then if you were driving at 0 vac.

That does seem high, I am assuming you have no codes? Did you bleed the air out of the system when you installed the heat exchanger?

open the filler neck and see if there is current

How long had you been going ~65mph?

turned the car on and see bit of coolant but if i tilt the filler so the right side of it is a lil bit up in the air all the coolant goes back and nothing goes up or tried to go by. idk if that helps to determine if its flowing or not. doesent the thermostat have to go on at a certain temp for the pump to go on? or does it automatically goes on?

should always be on if the engine is running... Sounds like you might have a bum pump...

how does it look when the coolant level is full or where its suppose to be on the filler neck? or do i just worry about the reserve by the fuse box?

the reserve by the fuses is engine coolant, not intercooler. I would just look for turbulance in the fluid while the car is on. Thinking twice about it, I think that your 160* is high, I got into the mid 140s today and i was in the city stopping at lights, not cruising at 65 or 70...
