I was cruisin on the highway today at 60mph, and it was sitting at about 95 degrees. Then i did a quick pull on some douchebag in a BMW and it went to about 130...normal? I couldnt see any movement in my option B. Does the interceptor need to be programed to get accurate readings, cuz everytime i turn it on it says Annunciator not setup

The last time I hit my IC pump was in October, I think.

She's been trucking along all winter.

i tried tapping it but it didnt seem to work, i felt the hoses and they were squishy. Does that indicate that pump is dead?

Depending on the weather outside, if you are cruising your iat2's should be 20-30 degrees above ambient. So if its 60 outside, 90 degree iat2's are absolutely normal while cruising. The higher your vac is on the boost gauge, the lower the iat2's will be until you start boosting and the m62 becomes more inefficient at higher boost levels and this shows by your iat2's.

When you do a pull 130ish is absolutely acceptable. Feel free to take the cap off the option b tank and let the car idle, then put it back on. It will self bleed the air out. If you are driving like I said, the iat2's should be 20-30 degrees above outside, or if you have your interceptor setup have it show iat1 and iat2 they shouldn't be any more then 30 degrees apart while at -10vac cruising.

The only thing wrong with your car is the pump. Knocking on it every now and then when iat2's are abnormal will fix it. If it continues to go out more then once a week or month, whatever annoys you, then buy another
