IC System help..High IAT2s

Ok so the temp outside has been around 75ish and cruising iat2s stay around 125-140 which seems high..Ive got air out of the lines, hit pump, and everything but they are still high.. at the little cap thing there is bubbles and a noticeable difference in the cap if I unplug pump..what could be my issue?

for cooling I have zzp s3 h/e and meth but havent really been into meth due to break in lol

I am having the same issues. I thought I had it bled good but I did it again and there was a bunch of air in it still, now it's fine.

Get option b.. that will help with bleeding when it will also put more coolant in the mix to help with cooling..

are you sure your pump is working? If so, make sure you got flow. One time I put brand new pump in due to high iat's, and still had high iat's and no flow. I took one of the lines off and blew thru it (primed it) and BAM! Problem solved. Oh yea, the pump it originally took out to replace with a new one....... worked just fine. The IC system just had to be primed in my case.

Since your iat1 is so high compared to the ambient temp, I would check and clean the maf.

I have the same issue at the moment...it was a warm day, 77 outside and my temps were 140 crusing and 180 WOT (at least I didn't lose to a 1.8T Jetta LOL). I won't go WOT until I fix it...what is the best way to make sure there is no air left? I have a day off thurday...

Well if you're seeing bubbles then you definitely have air still in the system. What I did was loosen the fill cap and drive it around for a few minutes and then add/check level. It took me several days of driving to work as well to get the air out. (40 miles one way)
