icing the blower

i've seen a lot of good info on this website, but i havent ever seen anyone talk bout icing the blower and/or the intake tube on these cars. i've seen plenty of svt cobras doing, just thought i would bring it to attention.

ya i do it when its really hot and im at the track.. it takes a while to even have a affect, the casing is pretty thick...

I iced mine before my dyno run, i think it helped alot with heat soak between runs

yeah i would imagine it would take awhile but hell i wouldnt think it could hurt.

you'd think that... but it really dosen't happen... the blower dosen't get that hot.

shouldnt get much hotter than an intake manifold, and tons of people ice their intake mani's on lots of cars.
