Idle

Sometimes when I sit at a light and just idle there my afr will go down to 18 and sit there for about 3-5 seconds then it goes back to 14.7... Is this normal to happen every once in a while?

with 60s its all in the tune, mine used to do that the way they were set up, I was using a 1.3 voltage offset I believe when I had that issue

ive since run everything as is in the injector spreadsheet and the worst I have is a slight pulsing idle

mine does that but i'm a 2.4. i kinda figured it was the fuel economy aspect of the the car trying to work. its kinda annoying.

I was just makin sure it wasnt anything serious because you can kinda hear the engine change tone when it goes lean for the few seconds

I was lead to believe it is caused by the large injector struggling to inject the tiny amount of fuel efficiently at idle. It doesnt have an ideal spray pattern and just kinda dribbles in or something.

ya thats what i've been led to believe with the 60's as well, doesn't explain why it does it with stock 2.4 injectors. but i know the cause of his is gonna be different then mine.
