i'm kinda confused on the staged kits

so i just bought these 60lb injectors and the stage2 belt. know the part i am confused on is, what can the 60lb injectors handle? i now there a lot better flowing then the 42. but what would be the best pulley to get for my car? my mods now are the k&n intake and stage1 axles. also what the cheapiest way for cooling mods. im planning on doing the custom dual pass endplate. also no cat back or headers, is that a must or not?and not the option b unless theres a custom way to do that. also last question what should i expect from going with either a 2.8 or 2.7. i know it all depends on the tune wich im thinking trifecta but not a 100% sure.

id say 2.8 (safest imo), you should really get exhaust to maximize your hp gain. And for cooling mods, h/e for ottp and also pm Euthanasia about his flow thru tank great piece but idk if hes still making them(pics are in my gallery)

For a cooling mod, The OTTP heat exchanger isnt very expencive. Thats what I bought.
Cooling mods are good.

A full exhaust would be a good too.

I'll let someone else explain the rest, i'm not in the 60'slbs ers yet.

look i don't wanna be a dick and I know I aint been on here long, but I'm gonna tell you what everyone else will, use the search tool. all this stuff can be found in like 20 other posts

anyways.
with the 60# injectors you're going to need a tune so get that done first. From there, I personally wouldn't go past a 2.8 inch pulley but that's just me. Any smaller than that and you'll really be pushing the M62 past its limits. If you do go to the 2.8 I'd recommend a heat exchanger at the minimum and meth injection if you're willing to spend some cash. Also, free flowing exhaust is key, header (and down pipe, etc).

as far as how much the 60# injectors can support...pretty much as long as you aren't going to the TVS or twin charged, they'll support pretty much everything you throw at them.

Search doesnt work for me, it might not for him, but either way. It is a forum for talking.
If he posts another thread it isnt really that big a deal is it?
We're all here to help people learn about cars, not bitch at them for asking. If everyone used the search tool, this forum would get boring. lol.

ya i knew the 60lb were the most free flowing ones to get for the stage2. i knew the 80lb would be for the tvs...so i probely will end up doing the 2.8. would the dual pass endplate do anything on a stock HE? if not i guess ill just plan on getting the HE, and try to save up for the exhaughst....so the main thing for cooling is the HE....is that the only thing to make it runs safe? like i want it to run perfectly but i also i dont want to throw mods on it that will help it, but really dosent need if that makes since?

You can do whatever you want, but in my opinion the best thing you could do would get cooling mods and then exhaust. Then you can add 42's or 60's whatever you are looking for, but i wouldn't go below 2.8 on the pulley.

ya im just trying to get as much info as possible on what people would recomened...so for for sure a 2.8 and the cooling mods im kind of ifie about. would a HE s1 be just fine for cooling or would i need more for the cooling. this is my plan buy header downpipe from zzp then get the s1 HE and maybe do a custom option b tank, but not for sure yet. im not planning on buying all the parts asap. im just hopen to get it all on before summer.

No don't go with the S1, it's rediculously small and it really won't do much. For just a little more you can get the OTTP H/E which is MASSIVE and puts ZZP's s1 to shame. Don't forget about exhaust. Cooling is important but I'd say a good header and downpipe is also critical. The more efficient your motor is, the more power it will make

ok cool. so is the most restrictive part is the headers and downpipe, and the cat back is kinda free flowing but not as much as a aftermarket cat back. so i could throw headers and a downpipe on it and leave the catback on?
