I got mine from turbotech in i believe the first shipment and the filter does barely touch the bumper but not to the extent of pushing the bumper out in anyway. Sorry for all you guys that have major isssues....

 

Will injen care if the intake i send back to them is all scratched up?

 

I dont think they will care, the one I'm sending is scratched to ****.

 

okay i got it installed. it fits nice with out the filter but try the filter and its a no go. you have to make a little bracket so that it mounts about an inch and a half back. the intake kit i recieved was dated feb 28. so if its the new design they need to do it again. if it was just a little shorter. but after a little playing with it i got it to work its close to the bumper but not pushing it out

 

Well that kinda sucks. I have the new one on the way along with the old one to come out. I was hoping the new one will fit better.
