2 days is plenty of time, toughest part is getting at those bolts that are under the manifold, it took me about 2 hours to figure it out and wrench them out a quarter turn at a time.

For a first-timer, don't worry about the Cobra, just do the dual-pass first. Figure on 3-4 hours total to swap it out if you haven't done it before. Its not hard, it just takes time. Pull the I/C pump bracket off when you go to do the bottom bolts, it makes it pretty easy that way.

Nah, nothing should leak, just use good hoses and clamps and make sure everything is on correctly, it should seal. The only connections you are adding are the T hose by the endplate and the two connections on the H/E, so its not much to leak anyway. The manifold seals are all o-ringed, so they seal really well with minimal torque.

Bwoody brackets suck for the Ion, I haven't used them on a cobalt yet. I would say just make them yourself, go get some flat metal from Home Depot or something and bend it into shape, you don't need much. There are how-to's on here that will show you what is needed.

nah man custom brackets FTW, but imma make Z shape brackets and use 3-4 plastic zip ties, to hold it onto the brackets like blown-4-banger did and then run the lines, imma install the dual pass first one of these days and then the cobra h/e
