cut it right before the rear axel and unbolt it from the downpipe and resonater. it should all bolt right up then.

the new exhaust doesnt go to the cut pipe. it bolts on with the downpipe

You have to cut something to put in a cat back for the balt? It isn't a bolt on?

you have to cut to get it off... every aftermarket exhaust i've seen so far comes in multiple pieces so you don't have to cut them

^^^ what they all said. My suggestion, is unbolt it all, and see where you are restricted to take it off, and cut it there. But its before the axel. The new catback are all bolt ons. So the old cut catback wont affect at all your new install.

Oh okay. That seems hard. What do you cut it with, because I want to do my header, downpipe, cat-back and intake at least. I have to cut it right before the rear axle?

yea, right by the axle... it's an easy install... when you try to take it off, you'll see where it needs to be cut... when you try to ge tit off, you'll see where it won't fit over the axle

What tools would be needed?

just a socket set, or wrench, and something to cut the exhaust with... it's just really basic hand tools... except that one cut, it's literally unscrew bolts, take parts off, put new parts, screw on bolts... piece of cake... some of the bolts may be hard to get off, if they're a little rusty or old... some wd-40 is your best friend, and some muscles too

it will make things MUCH easier if you have ramps or jack stands... i don't, so i used my fathers... lift up the rear, you can get the exhaust, downpipe, and header with the rear lifted...

Hmm, okay then. I THINK i can do that, lol. So I could do this with hacksaw right? lol

And if I wanted to do the whole header, dp, and cat-back at the same time, should I simply unbolt the headers and cut the cat-back, then replace the whole thing?

If you want to do the whole thing, unbolt everything, then cut the catback. A hack saw will work. And I would suggest go from header back when installing your new parts.

yes, you can use a hacksaw, not a problem at all...

when taking your stock parts off, start with the exhaust and work your way back, exhaust, downpipe, then header... like martinsmu said abou the install, start header first...
