without a cat. what do i have to do so i dont throw and engine light?

you must have a rare cobalt to have headers.. i only have 1 and its a manifold at that..

blah blah oooh he said headerS lets bust his ***** and not answer his question.



you need to have it tuned to delete the DTC's which pertain to the rear o2 sensor.
some people have been able avoid that by using spark plug non-foulers which move the sensor out of the direct exhaust stream but it doesnt always work.

sorry, had to. What year is your car Chili?

if it's an 05 or 06, do what Bika said, if its an 07, you may have issues with the rear o2 sensor.

so if i get a stage kit, it comes with a tune, would that be an easy way out or would i have to have some one do some sort of custom tune to it and spend more money?

and its an 05 SS s/c
