You are correct. I have the AEM intake and it is a short ram. I love it.

The AEM is short and long for the 2.2's and 2.4's but I dont know about the 2.0's. I doubt its truly possible seeing as theres no room for a filter and it would have to be directly after the Throttle Body.

Get a true cold air intake (long ram ) you'll get more out of it

yeah they def dont make a SRI for the 2.0. they have no room at all for it. reason y is look at the stock location of the filter on the car. the 2.4 n 2.2 have it at the top of the engine bay..plus Cold air is nice for that supercharger

My friend has a ss/sc, with a shortram, more like a hotram intake, just sucking more hot air into the blower.

Ive heard of the injen being used of both but ive also heard that the shortram is pointless for 2.0's. Off subject-Ive been thinking of getting the AEM and was wondering if their dry filter would do nothing in the hot summers here. May be nothing but I was just wondering.

I have the AEM and it is not a short ram.

Don't use a short ram anyways. The real benifit of the CAI for a 2.0 is the "C" in the CAI...Cold. Cooler denser air.
