Intake And Exaust Help!

I just got a cobalt ss/sc two months ago and i have decided to blow some money on performance parts

i will get the stage two kit but i was wondering how much power the gm performance exaust gives and what you guys think of it

if you dont like it what exaust should i check into?

also if i decide to get a cold air intake what would put the best power in my car and be the most reliable so i dont have to worry about my car screwing up

all the help is greatly appreciated

p.s. if i only add the stage 2 kit how much horse should i have ive been seeing 240-250 numbers?

If your worried about reliability stay stock. IMO As far as catbacks and intakes go they are all personal preference none are better than the other.
