Is Intensely awesome when it comes to customer service. All I had done was the o2 DTC removal, or o2 CEL removal, performed on my PCM. It's a $20 dollar service and they bent over backwards like I had a $1000 order in terms of communication and shipping. Nicely done guys.

 

I heard they had some problems with their canned pcms but never heard about problems with customer service. Of course this is literally a 2-3 minute hp tuners service that most guys on here would do for free...or beer.

 

Yep, but nobody around in Knoxville. I had to go out to Charlotte last time. I just don't have the time.

 

Never trust an over the counter tune... especially from Intense... base tunes are a good place to start but you should always tune to your specific application.

 

Being local to them, I will say that I have dealt with Scott and he is a pretty cool/nice guy. It's fun watching their cars put down some good numbers as well
