Question?

I just purchased an 06 SS SC. Its stage 2 with corsa cat back and typhoon intake. Im looking to purchase more for the car. What would a good part to purchase next? Now i did just buy the car so Im low on cash for the mean time. So looking to see what would be the best investment for around $175. I was thinking Ingalls or possibly an STS. What do people seem to like better Hurst or B&M? Thanks in advance.

depends what you want. id recomend urethane tranny mounts and an upper engine mount over over the ingalls. a short throw shifter is a nice addition. lowering springs is another thought along with a turbo tech rear swaybar. if you want some go fast goodies a cobra heat exchanger is a good upgrade, after that you could safley drop to a 2.9" pulley. a more expensive thing would be a crear imade midlength header and downpipe, deffinitly a great upgrade, made a huge difference for me.

There's a lot out there....

2.9 pulley
60's
meth
heat exchanger
downpipe
traction

If I were you I would go with some cooling mods. And then for some traction mods.

My hurst sts was an amazing change. I used to hate shifting through the gears, it wass very clunky and not smooth. After the hurst, its smooth and reassuring. Wait for a sale to buy. black friday is right around the corner. I got my hurst for 135 shipped from a sponser.

I like my ingalls, I also have a progress rear sway bar which got the car to corner alot quicker now... I also like my hurst, pretty much most things thrown out here are going to be good.

Mounts will probably > the ingalls though... at the same time, the ingalls would be easier to install if that is an issue for you.

Or you could save your $175, and get a header/downpipe. Thats going to be my next step I think
