INTENSE Stage 3 Kit now completely plug and play.

We finally have an injector wiring harness available for the LSJ that is completely plug and play. Along with our recent change to plug and play connectors on our MAF Translator this now means our kit is 100 percent plug and play and easily returnable to stock if need be. The wiring harness is available seperately from the kit (as are all the parts) and they are all in stock and available at www.INTENSE-Racing.com.

Now we can talk business. You guys just went up a bunch of points in my book by making your kit plug and play. I'm sure you won't be able to make these kits fast enough now. Matte rof fact im about to head over to your site right now to see where this tax return of mine is going.

I am really trying to wait for stg kits to come out for gm but intense is making it really hard for me to wait. Someone out there has got to have the code for the PCM. I mean really any code ever released is leaked right afterwards. Lets find this thing and get the real hp we want. Until then this is definately the coolest package I have seen for these cars.

Hey, this kit would work with the GM stage 1 reflash right? All you would have to do is take out the maf translator since the reflash will be doing that work right???

I'm personally skeptical about these stage kits, ask anyone who owns/owned a ecotec cavalier how long have they been waiting for the GM supercharger kit for the these cars.

Rogue,

I'm really considering this now, since no splicing will be needed.

The dyno you have on your site was that a stock SS run, and then a run with just the Stage 3 kit and no other upgrades?

Thanks

I have faith. They'll make a lot of money selling them. It also encourages people to buy cobalts.

I think that cobalt that was dynoed on the website had either an intake on it or a gutted cat.

Thanks Memphis,

Ya I found the previous thread about it with the dyno sheet, the car had a gutted cat and full exhaust from what the thread said.

I would like to know the horsepower gain from stock to stage 3. I'm thinking it should be about 10hp less than the quoted numbers.

Has anyone had any problems with this kit yet? Any cels? Anything?

It sounds really nice. I'm not a big fan of the MAF translator though. I would like to see the computer cracked so the computer could run the car correctly.. and so we could fine tune everything better.

I had good results with a MAF-T on DSMs alone and in conjuction with DSMLink. Im hoping it will be the same on my SS.
