Thanks for the info. There's an adjustable tensioner that I would recommend to you, but the guy I sold mine to (after my 'little' upgrade) claims he's getting some slippage from his. How bad are the 60' injectors dropping your MPG?

After modding... I have better MPG (due to the better tune)

why would larger injectors hurt MPG, they don't have to dump lots of fuel all the time!

The best solution to the slipping belt issue is to put on the smaller belt. My fuel mileage is also a little better but not much. It's definitely not worse, I can say that much.

I've had Stage 4 now for 4 months and haven't had a problem yet. Well other than the extra power causing my clutch to slip but that will be taken care of soon. When the weather got colder I did get my CEL back from my intake but i'm storing it for the winter. If you choose Intense which I highly recommend, I would get a mild tune if you plan to drive in the winter and don't want to run lean.

This is another way to go besides a smaller belt. http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...ts1.php?id=447

I had it when I was running a 2.9 pulley and from the instructions I recall it is adjustable up to a 2.5 (not sure I'd go that low myself). As I stated though, the person I sold that to when I sold my car is indicating that the belt is slipping now. I don't recall having any slipping myself in the 6 months I had it.

a warranty isn't voided as soon as you slap something on the car. it's voided when something on the car breaks as a result of your mods. for example, if you blow a ring land then you're on your own, but if your windshield washer pump breaks, it'll be covered under warranty.

you'd want AT LEAST a stage 2+ clutch.

Each of our stage kits include everything needed to perform.
