Angry Intercooler Bleeder Screw... Problem

Currently have 40k miles on my SS/SC bought a Chilton repair manual and decided I was going to see how bad my coolant was, its came out pretty nice, took off the bleeder screw and to my surprise it was stripped internally and on the screw and leak lock was put in it to prevent it from leaking... a 2 hour process took 6 hours with travel to find a tap, new pipe threaded screw and finishing the refilling process... the threads on this screw just barely existed... it was disgusting...

Yeah mine became stripped as well. I used a 7/16 tap and bolt with some teflon tap to seal it back up. It looks ugly but it's covered up luckily.
