Just thought I'd let everyone know, the intake manifold gasket is reusable. It says so in the GM tech website. Plus I reused mine and and didn't have any problems. Hell I hit 20 psi the other night, and that would impossible with a leaky intake manifold gasket
I think the dealer fucked up my intake manifold gasket because at 21k I had my head replace because of driver error(opps!) and when I got it back I would constantly blow the dipstick out of the tube until I replaced the O ring with a thicker one, but now this TSB came out which addreses this problem as a faulty intake manifold and now has this new improved manifold gasket.
airbleed
SS_SC_Cobalt,
You seem to be the most knowledgeable on the end plate install.
The only thing after reading the instructions, is building the air bleed line. It looks like it comes from the reservoir with the .040orfice and the press in fitting. Does that line just hang down or does it connect to some ware on the intake.

fitting for the end plate
It will probably have to be welded or jb welded in place. I have a picture but can't figure out how to post it. Here is the link.
