Intercooler fluid going low

I just recently put the zzp dual pass on and when I fill my intercooler it fills up then slowly dissapears. When I try to drive the car a big puff of white smoke comes out the exhaust. Is the motor burning up the coolant? I recently replaced the ic pump so i know thats good

you might have a bad ring on a laminova's and its leaking into the intake manifold, and is then going into your motor

White smoke is coolant being burnt and this sounds like a great place to start. Good catch.

because you just changed ur ic pump im going to say this, - maybe
could the white smoke be do to the temp changes...

As far as your ic, sounds to me like u might have not bled the ic correctly, resulting in air bubbles coming out the more u drive which in turn lets more coolant go to where it needs to. bleeding this thing can be a major pita...i had to change mine around the same time last year and also had the same issue, white smoke, and so on...but the white smoke was just because of the time of year with the temp change....once i finally got it all bled my level stayed normal and all was good.

Many times i thought...wow it's gotta be good now, then drove around for a week, and nope!
the major thing that helped that i didnt notice was the bolt on top of the ic that helps with letting out the air but even then it didn't get it all out for awhile.

Well putting more coolant in the radiator won't help him either. I'd say go for the heat exchanger.
