Intercooler Pump
Ok, I've searched a bunch of threads and could not get a clear answer on this.
I noticed that when I pop the cap open in front of the Supercharger, there is no coolant flow, so I'm guessing my intercooler pump is not working. I have a new one I would like to install, but just wanted to know, do I have to refill the coolant after I change the pump? also where would I fill the coolant, how much, and what type? would conventional coolant that we use for the engine work? Thank You.

Yes refill the coolant. Most of it, or probably all of it will drain out. Try to catch it in a (clean) pan if possible. Fill it from the fill right in front of the supercharger (where you popped the cap and looked for flow). Fill it until you can see it from that little fill tube. And you can use whatever you want. Just try not to mix them (green and orange/red, universal/clear and green). Conventional coolant will work.

I r&r'ed my I pump and I believe there was a glue like substance on the hoses but it wasn't anything I couldn't work loose. Don't throw away the old pump. The brushes aren't very difficult to replace.

and this is all in the howto. when you search this site, id recommend using google with cobalt ss in your search. and the clamps are glued on. and yes they are reusable if you get them off in one piece lol. I have two broken pumps here that I may rebuild one day if I dont sell them.

I used a set of extra brushes that came with my harbor freight buffer. I just used a file and a pair of dial calipers to file the brushes down to the right size and soldering the leads. Hardest part was putting the motor back together. Any brushes will do as long as they are bigger because with some sandpaper and/or a file you can make them the right size. Not too sure where you can get carbon brushes from though. Might be able to find some at a hardware store.
