Hey people, I just received my Jbody header and I need some info. If any of you have this unit, how the heck did you get it on? I followed the instructions and removed the valve cover, but that did not free up any extra room to get the manifold back behind the block. I would appreciate any info anyone can give. good luck getting it on. im done fighting with mine. i will send it and the downpipe back and buy a CTI setup instead. i spent all yesterday 9am-4pm trying to get mine in and without a mircle you wont get yours in either. Im calling them tomorrow and sending it back...oh ya how are the welds on your header and downpipe. mine look like a 5yr old was doing it. for all that money they should look like dimes stack up....

 

No luck. Spent the day fighting with it also. The only way I see getting it in is by pulling the passenger side axle shaft.. I am not getting into that. Bad enough I followed the directions and pullled the valve cover.
