JBP header vs shorty

well i bought this header off member and ive heard ups and downs about it and is it really that much of a differnece power wise than a short?

Possibly. a few people have had gains, but most have abandoned the JBP for a midlength header. There was a bad batch of spaghetti headers (JBP) in a group buy and someone tested the gains from all avail headers at the time and the JBP lost power. Granted I have NO personal experience and only info I have to go by is deathscythes header comparison thread

I had a shorty and now I got jbp there is a luggish pull on the jbp but not much of a diffrence. And I love the sound of the jbp.

the second group buy had the good batch.
the first one on the other hand had some types of problems.
the only reason deathscythe was losing power was cuz he was making well over 300hp and for power like that one should get a header with 1.75 in. primaries.

alright well i guess ill have to wait and see how it is to me. the guy who sold me his got his in the second group buy which was a better batch.

well for now i should be good with this header. because im not sure how i want to go in the future for big goals i mean theres many options such as tvs, turbo, and what im waiting to here on is the M90 zzp is currently testing.

all you need is rotated tranny mounts, if i remember corretly solid motor mounts kinda reduces the effects that rotated tranny mounts has on wheel hop.

True. Angle is thrown off with a solid motor mount. Just get the rotated mounts
