Just hit 30,000 miles.....

I was wondering if there is some sort of regular maintenance or check-up I should take my car in for?

If your car is using the stock iridium plugs, I wouldn't replace them that early. I would wait until around 60,000 for those. Considering they're intended to last 100,000 miles, changing them at 30,000 would be too early. Copper plugs can go 30,000 miles.

If you plan on upping boost anytime soon I'd go with NGK BKR7E 1 Step colder plugs...about a $1.50 each at Napa.

Change the plugs out to ngk bkr7e's, also change them EVERY oil change as these plugs don't last long under high boost, but run amazing for around 5k miles.

Dubble - What kind of fuel are you running? If you are not always running premium gas then you should change your fuel filter along with the rest of the other suggestions here and then start running nothing but premium.
