Just installed the Corsa Touring!
I just finished installing the Corsa Touring exhaust. It took me a total of 1.5 hours. That is putting the car on a lift, getting the tools out and cleaning up. It was very simple to install it. The hardest part was cutting the old muffler out.
Overall, at idle it sounds a hair louder than stock. It is a much more mellow rumble.
At touring RPMs, it doesn't drone, but is also a little louder than stock
On heavy acceleration, watch out, it wakes up and the car sounds like the devil himself.
The only concern I had was a small leak from a pin hole in the new resonator. I called Corsa, and they said that that was a drain hole, and not to worry about it.

Give me a couple of days. BTW, if you watch eBay for a while you will see Bresee Chevrolet post up an Corsa Touring exhaust for $445 shipped. It is an awesome deal. I hopped on it as fast as possible!
I noticed prior to install, that the front resonator also rattled. I intalled it anyway, no under heavy acceleration it really rattles. I called Corsa, 10 minutes later, they are sending me a new front resonator.
THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE!!!!
