I just installed my meth kit and i want to know when i should have the meth start to come on and when it should be fully spaying. I have the devils own progressive kit. I am using 60% meth and 40% water and i am using the 7gph nozzle. Now is the 7gph to big should i use the 3gph.

I am running a 2.8, 60s, zzp header and downpipe, magnaflow catback all 2.5 in, raw 3in intake, zzp heat exchange and gm dual pass, and tune will trifecta and will be getting retuned for the meth soon

 

You should start spraying it at 10psi and I would stick with the 3gph. When I ran a 5gph and ran it at less than 7psi it bogged down the car... Im spraying at 10psi with a 3gph currently

 

when should i have it spay full do you have a progressive kit like i do

 

i ran 5gph nozzle...start at 8psi, on full at 14psi....i also had 2.8" pulley and 60lb injectors.

yes, run 3 gph....7 should only be used when running high boost and when you need lots of cooling. I ran 7gph nozzle when i had my tvs, other then that, i used 5gph. When i hook my meth up to my 370z im running 2x 3gph nozzles

i bought the best kit from ott that they had and it came with a 3gph and a 7gph

 

my mods are very similiar to yours and i run the 3gph nozzle and i have it starting at 8psi using a 50 50 mix.

dude, 5 is way to big seriously. 3 is perfect in all senses. im guessing you tune? spray from 5%-12%full. tune from that, pull some timing

not much advice can be given. meth is going to make your afr richer so just add more air to when it comes on. Just rememeber. If you start at 8psi and full at 14psi (just example)....you have to keep it that way after you tune for it. You cant just go 3psi and full 10psi spraying if its tuned for 8/14 because the afr gets fucked up. Also make sure vince also tunes partial throttle. That was a issue i had. WOT the car ran great but during normal driving and lets say 50% throttle...it was fucked.

 

ok i will log just driving around normal so he can make sure it is right but i cant decide when i should start to spay and when to be full so i can tune for it i already went out and logged 2 runs i am waiting for my first new meth tune

right now i had it set to start to spay at 7 and full by like 11 with a 3gph nozzle

it doesnt really matter what you set it to with a supercharger. It takes like what...1-2 secs to reach full boost.

 

i did ask him he is working on other peoples tunes he hasnt gotten back to me yet
