Just a pulley?
Will putting on a smaller pulley on the SC affect anything else but adding more power?

depends how small you go. I would say anything smaller than 3" requires bigger injectors and a retune.

I'd say anything smaller than stock is too small. A tune + injectors + pulley is the way to go. Stage kits are worth the price.

Your going to be adding more power, and boost, i would suggest a custom hp tuner tune, w/ injectors. or going with a stage kit when doing this, the car will run much better.
