k&n intake

I was wondering if 207 shiped for a K&N cold air intake is worth it if i should look for another intake? Has anyone seen a pretty good difference with the k&n?

$207 for a K&N CAI is the cheapest that I've seen. Both K&N and Injen are going to be close and comparable.
