K & N intake - tight fit issues?

OK I am using Keystones photos from a while back but with my notes in red explaining the issues I am having. I drove it a bit and there is no rattling, and everything sounds good.. but I thought it would fit better than this:

I tried everything I could to wrangle it as best possible.. any comments?

bend the lines a little to stop the rubbing and you can use zip ties to make it stop rubbing the pcm and fenderwell, you may be able to get a shorter filter for the other issue.
