Keep blowing valecover seals.

My car is an '07, I blew a valvecover seal a few months back and had it replaced under warranty and now I blew another one... wtf is wrong that this keeps happening? The leak both times is on the far lefthand side, where theres a small rubber plug. I rev hard now and then but I shift at 7 when I do, rarely hit the limiter even though I did 2 or 3 times this week in 3rd gear beacuse I didnt realise how quick I was going(downshifted from 4th to 3rd and stepped on it). I know high-revving can cause this, but I'm also thinking maybe when wal-mart did my oil-change they over-filled the oil? The dealer said the oil was good when I went in to put new tires on. The oil did seem slightly over-full to me, but I wasnt about the argue with the guy that day with my wife around (she hates it when I hassle store clerks ,lol, happens often when they get lippy with me)

Anyways, anyone have any input on the problem? thanks. BTW, is there any aftermarket valvecover seal I can get that wont blow so easyly if this problem doesnt have a root cause I can fix?
