KN typhoon problem

okay. I just installed it yesterday, sounds very good. but does anyone who installed aftermarket CAI have this problem... whenever I shift into second or third it bogs/lags...is it because of the more air? and I need to step on it... is it normal? ahhh someone help me. I can't tell if CAI made my car lose power. let me know.

Umm mine did for maybe a 1/2 day, nothing really noticable though, your car still has to get use to it and retune it self kinda, I have an INJEN though if it makes a difference i don't know. IT LOVE THE WHINE!!!

okay, now it drives better. big difference, raced a stock silver ss tonight. and pulled on him won first time, second time had a bad launch and started to pull closer to him. so people who think intake doesn't make a diff, well it does, and not just the sound!

Well I guess I was paranoid that something was wrong, probably because of everyone getting CEL's. I have yet to get one, knock on wood. but after a night like last night, intake is worth the money.
