That would be awesome! Could you do that with the one controller? or would you have to buy 2 separate boxes?
Doesn't look like the video is doing any justice to the light, I couldn't really see it, and it doesn't look like it eluminates the whole cluster like intended. If they are direction LED's like you stated, that's not a good place to mount them. I have the Raptor shift light and absolutely love it. You can stick that thing anywhere without drilling if you chose. I can't just drill into the dashboard of brand new car. And the Raptor has 7 LED's!!! Who cares what direction it's in, you'll see it! I'm not trying to bag on your product, just stating a comparison. It's a good idea though.
I'm curious, you said it had more features than the Raptor, what's the differences?

My car is running a 2 LED setup, if you want another specify and it will be sent.
I am heading up Wednesday or so to get everything checked out then I'll continue with the group buy details.

I'd have to ask, I know for now One box only controls the lighting up of 1 LED or two that go off at the same time.
My setup is just an idea we played around with, I wanted something different, I most likely will get two more LEDs wired up for the left side of my cluster to light that up.
The unit is hooked to an Injector wire, a Ground Wire, a Power wire, and a Button Wire. All are included. It does not use a tach signal.
Also, the raptor is more expensive and you can see it in the car, one small LED is hard to spot when it isn't on. I'll get the pictures tonight from the install.
I garuntee you mount this so it is directed towards your face, Unlike mine, you'd see it perfectly. Mine works for what what I intended it to be, stealth shift light.
The LED can be setup to flash or illuminate at a certain RPM.

The Raptor is just a little more expensive but works better and can be remounted whenever needed, yes it does show but it looks clean and performs better it sounds to me. But you and others are already talking about dual LED's if not more, wouldn't that be more expensive then than the Raptor or MSD? I like the stealth idea a lot though, maybe you can figure out a way to connect it to a LED strip or something, that would be sick. You've seen these LED strips at Pep Boys or something, they go to the music or some bs like that. Well it's a skinny strip that a bright as hell with 10 LED's about 3/4 inch from eachother! I have them under the dash in my truck and you can't even seem them unless you get on your knee's. Maybe mount them along the roof of the cluster, kinda where your's is now. I'm very interested to see when you mount this correctly what it looks like, more video please!
If you ask for it another LED will be added in for free.
I'll see if I can get pictures of it installed in another cars A-Pillar.

Version 2 shift light.
Version 2 is based completely off of the current version 1 shift light, with some added features.
Diagnostic mode:
Version 2 comes complete with a diagnostic mode designed to help find a suitible tach signal. When diagnostic mode is entered the shift light turns in to a pulsing tachometer and flashes faster and faster as the RPM raises. The diagnostic mode has several different user selectable flash rates to work with any type of pulsing signals. You still do not need to know how many pulses per revolution your signal is to use this feature.
This mode was added to eliminate the need for a frequency meter to test for the correct wire (although a frequency meter is still recomended!).
Flashing and Non Flashing modes:
Version one comes standard as a flashing LED, meaning, that when you reach your programmed setpoint the LED flashed. We have had several requests for solid LEDs so in Version 2 it is possible to select either flashing or non-flashing mode at the push of the programming button. You can change it up as many times as you like, as often as you like.
As with the Version 1 shift lights Version 2 will be availible in Blue, Red, Green, White, and Amber colored LEDs.
Version 2 is intended to replace the version 1 model.
I'll see if I can get pictures of it installed in another cars A-Pillar.

is it really that functional all the way up there? I mean you shouldn't have to look for you shift light that defeats the whole purpose, just look down at your tach. The driver of the SRT-4 like it?
At night it will be seen by you trust me. I'm sure during the day it might be hard to see. You could install it down by your Boost Gauge in the Cobalt and it'd be more visible.

people are always looking for free stuff, don't worry you'll get someone! start a new thread for locals in the area for a photoshoot! I did it with Automotivelightingusa.com and they got a lot of positive reviews and many orders. good luck!
Reworked the LED system. Check out the videos. ETA is pending, changed the signaling output to a coil wire.
