lol I dunno about the gains but i know what they sound like when the holes are plugged.

Sadly though the JBweld or whatever was used by the machine shop to plug those holes broke off in pieces after about 3 years and the engine ate all of it. Motor still ran, but the piston had a chunk missing.

There was a beautiful 04 GTP with 66k miles at a dealer up the street I went to look at for 10 grand, cleanest car ive ever seen on a used car lot, looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. The stuff in the trunk still had factory plastic on it and the motor looked like it came out of a crate. lol wish i had the money

that's right there is no argument at most the rotors need smoothed and recoated or run as is it wont hurt a thing whats more important is to find what caused the damage and fix it

Take mrbelvedere for instance lol you could show him direct quotes from eaton regarding supercharger service and design and he will refuse to believe it.

You pull up a thread where a single person showed dyno proof making even 1 hp plugging their silencer holes on their Balt and I'll believe you.

Yes Eaton says plugging the holes can be more efficient. Gains would be minimal at best. ZZP said they tested it and actually lost power. But when asked for proof none were to show.
