ok anybody else have this issue where the downpipe meets the header and the flange is warped enough to wear it leaks? i have the zzp midlength header/dp combo and where the header flange meets the dp it seems warped and i replaced it with a brand new gasket and still seems to do it, anybody have any suggestions as to fix this problem for good? maybe order new flanges from zzp but id have to get them welded on to the pipe. or would zzp fix this problem?? thanks for the help

 

Same thing happened to me. Bought a zzp mid length header used and the down pipe new. The header flange was warped and leaked. Took it to a shop in town and they filed down the flange and installed it. Been driving around for about 10k miles without a problem.
