Vibrant Header/DP (?)

Hey guys. I've got my GMPP exhaust in my room just begging to be put on the car. After thinking about it for a few days I've decided to get a header/downpipe and make it a full swap. I've been looking around and it sounds like the Vibrant header/dp is a good set up.

My questions to you guys are
1- Do you have it, if so how do you like it/what's it sound like/any noticable performance change, etc?
2- Is there any issue with the Vibrant header/dp hooking into the GMPP exhaust (heavily doubt there would be, but just making sure).
and 3 - Getting the cat (as seen here... http://www.modernperformance.com/pro...oducts_id=1583) will really take away that crappy "ricer" sound, correct?

Thanks a lot for the help guys, I appreciate it.

I have the vibrant header/downpipe with a magnaflow cat-back ant it fits perfectly, and no problems for 8 months. You will notice the gains for sure! I love it and its a nice sound too

Awesome, that's exactly what I'm looking for. I love the deep, yet loud sounding exhausts, not that ricey crap. I want it to be pretty chill at idle and normal driving, but I want something that is loud as hell/get the f*ck out of the way sounding under full-throttle (for a 4 banger haha).

so you're going to free up the flow by going with a bigger header/downpipe, and then run it through a 2 1/4" exhaust? sounds silly to me.

either is good though, i have zzp and love it, sounds amazing, but haven't heard anything bad about vibrant either.

I just bought it last night from turbotechracing.com because they were having a sale for $580 or $590 with free shipping. Can't wait for it to get here.
