Little help

Alright, I know this has been posted before, but i need help. My torque dampnet bracket is rubbing so bad against my motor mount, that it has actually started to wear the aluminum.... I tried drilling the holes bigger, but drilling didnt work out so well, should i just use a die grinder and grind them out, or whip out the old plasma cutter.... i removed the brace, but the brackets remain for now, as i didnt have time today to jack the car up and take it off..... they also have some minor surface rust on them, along with my pully, the pully just cleaned off with some steel wool, looks like new now.... also used that and a brillow pad type thing on the supercharger, and it cleaned up pretty good. i am going to get the dremel attachment with them and make the whole thing look like new again.... little off topic but i wanted to share. So someone let me know what my best option is, and also I am getting a rear one, without the rear bracket, does anyone have the rear one, and could tell me if the bracket looks simalar to the front bracket, as i have about 30 old bed frames in the garage, and some good angle iron that i plan to make my own bracket out of.....
