it looks like you guys had alot of heat on those welds. is there any sugar on the inside of the tubing from the heat?

the welds on mine are lightyears better than the pics posted (the raw pics not OTTP), but I do like to support my #1 vendor...

I didn't back purge the inside of the pipes so yes there was sugar in some spots because of this. I always grind down all the joints and any sugar inside.

hmm right on. dont you think it would be easier to purge the tubing when welding it? makes it easier to weld, cant see all the heat spots, spend less time grinding on sugar.

i might have to change to your intake i like the raw but i dont like that i have to have it zip tied to keep it in place i would just like to see if yours get better gains then the raw one

u should really consider back purging, would make for a nicer, stronger, better weld...remember stainless can pull oxygen in from the backside and cause imperfections in the weld
