Looking for good prices on OEM rotors or equivalent

I'm probably going to go with some HPS pads for the my 07 cobalt, and I've found some good prices. But I'm looking for some basic blanks for the front and rear rotors. I see some cheap rotoras all over google, but are they as good as the oems?

r1 concepts is the best that I've been referred to. Best quality / price at least. I'll most likely be getting them this winter to through on in the spring time.
