Lower front bumper grille?

ive seen a couple of cobalts ss/sc that have a lower grille on the front bumper, is there a certain year that came out with that? i have an 07 and it doesnt have it, u think maybey i can put it on.

That's the 2.4 grille. You can get it at Crate Engine Depot, their a supporting vendor.
