There nothing more to the exact book I have posted. That is all. However GM also has a 300hp build that includes dyno charts and whatnot but does not entail the specifics that the new book does.
Thats pretty cool. So after reading some of that. GM sells the stronger knuckles because the stock ones are poop. Yet all they used on the time attack cobalt was a knuckle from a pontiac grand am? what? sooooo a quick trip to the junkyard and some fab time and you've got stronger knuckles for a lot less?

where is this?
One of the first vehicle upgrades many
enthusiasts perform on their Ecotec
2.0L LSJ-powered Cobalt SS or Ion Red Line
is the installation of a performance clutch.
This is not a negative comment on the stock
clutchit is an excellent piece.

Even Better:
When does your clutch need to be replaced?... Another way to know you need to
replace the clutch is when it is slipping.
This situation is best described as when
youre cruising along in gear and apply
more throttle, but instead of speeding up,
the engine just spins freely.

Here you go. Scroll down, there's 4 parts to the 300+hp GM build. I printed all of them off at work.
