lsj cams

So every day I'm finding out new things that have been installed on the SS I just purchased. This time I'm trying to figure out if my cams are stock lsj cams. The old owner told me it had stage 2 cams but I'm almost sure he is wrong. I had my valve cover off today and got some numbers off my cams hoping some one would know what they mean.
Exhaust cam had these numbers.
s363
3424
29 k
20:22
4h 19r
Intake side had these numbers
T985
3024
35 k
17:50
4h 19p

Any one know if any of these numbers mean any thing.

You would have gm part numbers on the cams if they were stock... if the car did have cams you would hear it in the exhaust.

I'm trying to figure out if them numbers are GM part numbers. As far as the exhaust sounds I haven't owned a cobalt long enough to know what to look for in sound. I know it dose crackel and pop a lot don't really care to much for it either.
