Exclamation LSJ GMPP stg 2 problems...

ok....I have a really bad problem with my LSJ....info is as follows...

Just under 85k 06 SS/SC
MODS:
K&N Typhoon
Corsa touring cat back
GMPP stg 2 kit w/ GMtune that came with it...dealer flashed

ok...after the tune flash...got a p0171 off and on...then coming home from work...made a left and 25% throttle maybe 5 -7 psi boost...car shutter...boxer idle...pull ove shut the car off...plug in my scanner...4 codes....

P0121 TP sensor or APP sensor 1 problem
P1101 Intake air flow system performence
P1182 S/C inlet pressure sensor performence
P0068 MAF/MAP-throttle positionairflow correlation

All sensors have been tested and switched...the stock intake has been installed (which made it worse),the ECu has been reflashed with the Stg 2 tune again...the lean code is gone....Any and all combos of sensors and parts except the pully and injectors...basically...the entire air intake sensor system is gone blonde/haywire...any and all info if anyone has had htis or know of anyone who has come across this issue...drop a line...GM has never seen this problem be THIS persistent....if anyone needs more info...just ask....this is driving me crazy...they have had it for a month now...its still under the extended service contract...but not for much longer....HELP!!!!!:cus sing:

The intake could be one problem since its a brand known for throwing codes. Not sure about the others tho

If it's still under the extented service warrenty then park your car there and don't pick it up till they get it all fixed. Leave the stock intake on. Don't drive your car off the lot without having one of the tech's ride with you. If you can show them that they did something you test drove it with them and all this ****'s blowing up then they have no choice but to admit error and fix it. Take it back to them and make them work on it. Don't try and figure all this stuff out on your own when they are obligated to work on your car since it seems from what you've said that they are the cause of the problem.

you have 2 tp sensors the other one is on the gas pedal assembly

you need to start checking your harness for bad spots and checking the harness for continuity and reference voltages to the correct locations and possibly look into swaping a different pcm in for trouble shooting purposes

I got P0068 and P1182 and limp mode because of a dirty TB.
I've had P1101 from the MAF "grounding" on the metal of the intake.
Never had P0121.

First of..thanks for the input....I got the car back today and so far so good....ok....the engine is fine..I did compression and vacuum checks while looking for the P0171 I got before all that...all intake sensors and TB componets are fine....I tested them also...fuel pressure was fine...I didnt have to take them on a drive with me...anyone driving the car could throw all that stuff....ok...the tech who was working on it said that somehow the vacuum line fromthe S/C to the bypass valve were installed backwards......I know the person who did it...it was me...but...on aside note....he didnt think they were wrong until he looked at another 06 withthe stg 2 and saw it....ok..let the derogtoy comments commence...lol thanks all though.....I reall appreate the input...
