Dont believe anyone has done a k04 lsj swap, me and jimboss are the first one, slight difference between lnf and lsj's, lsj have higher compression, which should result in more torque, we have a better flowing head then the lnf esp me with a ported head. The bad news, we dont have vvt like the lnf cars or direct injection, these I believe, are two main reasons why the lnf is such a potent platform. But if I dont achieve the numbers I am looking for, no biggie, baldturbofreaks has a big wheel upgrade for the lnf k04 that should be lulz

btw good lucky finding someone to trade your head for a k04, I have been trying to sell min for over a month for pennies and all I keep getting is low-balled, these ****** kids on here want good parts for basically free

lol, dont get me wrong there has been turbalts around the forum for a while, but you always see s20g balt, garrett balt, bullseye balt, but I have yet to see a k04 lsj. After reading you post is what really stopped me from spending 2k on a tvs, oped my eyes.

I want to see the results of these...should be interesting. With a nice flowing head and some more revs it should have a nice lil powerband

revs=bad torque=good for the k04, this turbo kinda dies uptop, and adding revs will just make it worse, but down low the torque is gonna be eat your heart out tvs.

i'm gonna run it right into the choke line and see what she'll do, don't plan on revving higher than 7200 though.

depending on work schedule, there will be no updates, just a finished product. will take me about an hour for the install, then its just tuning.

wtf? I remember when I ordered all my internal head **** from them they charged me nearly 100 bucks for shipping, keep in mind all this stuff could fit in a box no bigger then a shoe box.

yp as said there, you can spend $2500-$3000 on the tvs, injectors, mass cooling mods, and intake then you need a header and you can get roughly maybe 325-350whp and 275-300wtq

of you could spend about the same and have a turbo and do those numbers on lower boost with more torque and you can have more power by the flick of a knob or push of a button and the best thing about everything?

it sounds ******* nice and not like roasted ass can from a honda with a straight pipe!

also if you guys are looking at a internal wastegated ko4 with a t25/28 flange, why not just get the garrett 2.2L cobalt manifold. it's what i run and you don't need to do anything with the cooling pipe, it's a direct bolt on

ya having an added turbo muffler is a bonus, my car is already pretty quiet with the dynamax muffler, with a turbo its gonna be basically silent lol
