Found a few good longblock lsj's looking for another engine to build.. that way I dnt have to park my balt.. I want to stay sc.. and looking to go high compression full build with the stock blower I'm running 2.8 and planing on staying 2.8.. I would like to know if anyone has Gone this route.?

why bother building a block if you're going to stay on the m62 and a 2.8" pulley? the stock motor does perfectly fine on that, provided you have sufficient supporting mods.

I live about 2 miles from the drag stripe.. race fuel ain't really a problem a but e85 is about 35 minute drive.. I dnt want to go turbo because for the price I rather go Tvs.. I want streetable horse power.. Not massive hp.. I'm supercharger guy not turbo.. I like the high end turbo boost feel.. I dig the torquey low end blower feel..

there are a few that have run up to 10.5 as for the blocks yes they are interchangeable but the cranks are not due to the relucter wheel timing is different between cranks keep the compression around 10.1 and run a tvs and cams
