LSJ MAF in 2.5" pipe

I have HP Tuners. What will change with the frequencies and will I need a maf recalibration device?

your not going to need a seperate device like a maf translator but you will need to use hp tuners and completely retune the maf table.

isnt 2 1/2" smaller than stock?

Is there a guide on how to do this? Should be simple math, but i'm not a math guy. I see in HP tuners it starts out at 2.50 (1500 Hz) and goes all the way up to 282.52 (11,100).

There are a thousand guides out there on how to tune MAF on gm cars. All of that should apply to what youre doing
